Gordonator SG do u? personally i think it's a waste of time having voicemails in the first place. most of the time if someone is calling u and you are not around and gets prmopted to leave a voicemail, majority of the people will just hang up and call you on your handphone.
Xiaozzhen SG Most of the time, i want to leave a voice mail, but they are always full. And the message just lead you on and when you are about to talk, beep, voicemail full. That's another reason why voice mail is a waste of time.
hiphop2009 SG got once, my dad's phone was off. den his fren was looking for him bah. den after when his fren called him several time n to no avail, den his fren scolded vulguarities. and so happened dat the voicemail recorded down the vulguarities. my father played it for me to hear and i laughed till i fell off the chair
ditzy SG I don't even know if my phone in the office can take voicemails. Wait, I don't even have my own phone in the office.
Gordonator SG always full? either your company's voicemail is very small in capacity or the staffs don't even bother to clear them. if it is the later, i wonder why give them in the first place. which is one of the buring question i'm wondering over at my place as well.
Wanda SG I noticed many of my colleagued don't check their voice mails for the msgs left for them. They'll call me back and then I'll have to repeat the whole story again.
Xiaozzhen SG 1) either your company's voicemail is very small in capacity I don't work in an office, so this guess is wrong. 2) the staffs don't even bother to clear them. No 2 must defintely be the answer, especially when you call govt departments. Are they avoiding phonecalls?
WiNtEr'SkiLL SG voicemails are becoming redundant as most of us have mobile phones with us all the time nowadays..
choco B SG YES , especially the government offices I use voicemails, and I hate it when people don't clear their voicemails.
mistyblue SG Nope. Hate those things because people cannot leave me useful information in voicemails. People who do leave me useful information usually want me to do something for them which eats away at my time. So no, I think voicemails are a waste of time.
Gordonator SG exactly. but the telecom administrator over at my place just love to give voicemails to everybody like nobody's business. every new staff also ask wants voicemail or not? even interns for a few months also give voicemail. crazy. give them but they don't use it whats the point.
