Believe me if you are still in your earlier or late twenties it is better to work for a few companies and gain some exposure. Different comapnies with different people, cultures and system you can compare and improve and adapt.

When there somes a time you feel you are going nowhere, it shall be the time you ttender your resignation. Anyway its a big world out there so go job hop if you can afford to.

I just got to know at least one person in the workforce who spend 6 over years learning and knowing only knowledge a frog will in a well. When i first joined the company i got to open my eyes and see for myself how naive a worker can get.

Good riddance she's gone for good and her tender of resignation perhaps truely defined her 'resignation' to fate that she can go nowhere up the ladder in this company and perhaps any other companies she might ever join.

my resignation kena rejected lor.. manager asked me to consider carefully.. she give in to me liao.. even say if i want to take leave go interview, she also allow..

so im staying for another few mths.. bcos getting bonus soon.. and then.. got salary review coming up also.. if the pay raise is satisfying, maybe i will stay till I have learned enough to move on..

shutdown nvm... i wan come back must get approval de. Confused cannot leave after i finish my stuff must stay full day or half day

and hor cos i probation, they reduce 1 day salary.. if cfm liao its reduce 1 day leave...

i only got 14 days leh... they 1 mth 1 time, i left with 2 days liao

this mth alone every week oso got....

When your boss is in a good mood of course. Laughing Of course do it when the date most suits you lar. Let's say you going to join a new company within a month, and you need a month and the half for notice, of course you do it well before that right? Then you must make contingencies like if your boss not around, blah blah blah.

she tried very hard to make me stay..

told me all the difficulties i will face if i resign.. hard to find a job la, no savings for the time being la, so many months of training wasted, i wun get to take bonus which is coming soon, wun get as much exposure blah blah...

i told her i thought of all that she could think of liao..
