Job applicants might not see fields like 'gender', 'marital
status', 'religion', 'race' etc and a recent colour photograph
might not be required anymore on job application forms to avoid
discrimination.
I wonder, how many of you were being discriminated at job
interviews before? Do you think this is a good idea?
