You see ah....lots of bosses expect staff to multi-task, work
long hours and meet deadlines by yesterday.
Then again ah, there is a new mindset with the workers of today.
Five days week, 9 to 5 fixed working hours, no last minite jobs, no
pressure, no stress, nice job title and bestest, good salary.
Employees can afford to pick and choose jobs now because there are
plenty of options available. People can work 3 months here, 6
months there, etc so as to find out if they are cut out for the job
and getting the max salary for what they're doing. Perhaps, some
people feel it makes their CV looks good to have a wide variety of
job experience?
