one saves.
for instances A earns $3000 a month, but A smokes, drinks, goes to
pub, materialistic, takes cab to work everyday and hardly save any
money each month.
on the other hand, B earns $1700 each month but is thrifty and
after spending on his monthly expenses and personal needs, make an
effort to save $500 each month.
