1. To open the front tyre lock, the code is delivered by post
deliver it online. Yes, there is a laptop, but it wont' work until
you find a battery. The battery is behind the front wheel.
After you slip in the battery into the battery slot at the left
side of the laptop, you still need 2 items before making the
delivery:
1.1. You need to get connected to the internet. One way to do that
with laptop is by using a cellphone. You can find the cellphone
behind a radiator, below the rack.
1.2. You need a CD that contains the delivery order. The CD is
located under the trash can.
Now you can make a delivery. After that, pick up at the mailbox, of
course.
Hey wait a minute, it's an empty white letter, but it's said a blur
thing on it. Why don't you try to make the paper warm? There is a
lighter in the toolbox.
