nope. Lot 1 will have

choa chu kang

Choa Chu Kang (Lot 1 - Shaw Cinema),
Bukit Batok (West Mall - EW Cinemas),
Woodlands (Causeway Point - Cathay Cinema).

yew tee is a heartland mall for the residents and army boys there.
they dont attract or target adhoc shoppers from other towns

go Lot 1 better

Dun see the rationale of having it there… might as well build a hawker center better…
