Why is it that it's not possible for crazy people to know that
they are crazy?
You see lots of these folks in here, you tell them that they are
crazy, instead they say you are crazy. 
I've met a real crazy person before, told him he was crazy and
he said that I was the one who is crazy. I told him he was crazy
again and he almost hit me.
Funny why you keep arguing with a crazy person?
You already know he is crazy, yet you keep asking the same crazy
question.
