I remembered reading the news about this young boy, aged 14 or
15? who was found strangled, naked in his HDB flat. Then a few
months later boy, also 14 or 15 years of age, found strangled,
naked and wearing his elder sister's bra.
I was interested to find out the progress of investigations on
the news then but since then haven't heard of it again. Any of you
guys still remembers it or haver links to the news?
