sir_peanuts SG all red plate cars have a small tube like metal with an ROV index number on the plate. what is that for? i'm asking cos there was once an OPC car hit me and it is that thing which left a mark on my bumper!
tomsss SG ah that's the seal for the red plate. Prevents illegal swapping of the plates. If that thing is broken, need to make a report and other time wasting stuff. maybe you can claim damage made by that little stump from LTA
