haiz, this problem already started in Singapore a few years back

5-6yrs back, i already know that it is the biggest problems.
why i know it, coz i last time go catch canal/small drain fishes,
back than in 1997-98 the water from the canal was cold at night,
but now, if you walk past any drains or canals, even with the
lids/covers of man-hole on, you can still feel the warm air from
the water coming out from the small little holes..
sad fact that govt not environment friendly at all.
