Guys, i have been reading a few threads in this forum, and really, can you guys, put up a *Spoiler Alert* of some sort to warn others?

Some people really enjoy watching movies and spoilers spoil the experience somewhat; its just not the same anymore.

Spoilers alert?

Hmmmm.... I dunno lar, but I found the spoilers so far quite useful to safe some money Laughing

lwflee SG

Yes, i understand that. Placing a spoiler alert does not, however, mean removing spoilers altogether. It simply means that there should be some warning so that people can choose whether or not to read the spoiler.

How about if the reply goes something like this:

SPOILER

The bad guy is the flight marshall in the movie Flightplan. The bad guy didn't die in The Transporter 2. In European Gigolow, the gigolo killer is the detective's dad.

this is good, why not officialized this as the general format for a warning of a spoiler? Very Happy

well, if they dont want to spoil the movie for themselves, then why do they search for the movie in the first place, no one told them to click on the thread titles. the thread titles are usually just the movie name, if they didnt want to know more, then they shouldnt have come in? am i not right?

Gordonator SG

not nescessary all the threads here contain spoilers. trailers, official websites, posters, release dates can be found in most of the threads.

all are welcomed to chat, give your point of views, do recommendations etc. just be careful not to reveal too much. hear that ditzy? Laughing

Those who read a novel before watching its film equivalent already have an idea of the plot. Reading the book already sort of "spoiled" the movie for them. Laughing
