There will be manned First-Aid and Drinks Stations set up along the route, the first being at the 4km mark and subsequent ones at approximately 2km intervals.

The online registration is abit difficult to find, but it does have a link on the "top" left of the main page, if you "look" close enough... Wink

make sure u have adequate training.... Wink Do remember, the start of the marathon isn't at the starting line, it is months before the event. Mr. Green
