the Bear SG should i make this for the barbeque this year?basically in a weave of bacon, you put in ground pork, spices, ham hocks, chicarons, roll it up, season it and if you want, honey glaze or brown sugar it, and slowly bake the thing...
the Bear SG nope... in 2009, i made roast pork.. which was basically setting a slab of meat on fire and carbonising the outside, letting it sear and cooking the meat inside in its own juices..
