think it's about normal. singapore is always humid.
Just read the article on the premium access for singtel. How the
hell can they claim other services not affected by the move. If
true, it either means they are holding back capacity currently or
they are somehow going to squeeze more bandwidth out (from god
knows where).
Even then, it means the normal users won't get the bandwidth
they should get....
oh.. the one about you get a 3.5Mbit line and your bandwidth is
actually around 0.7 to 1.8Mbit?
