the other day at a zhi char place with fatumnette, I was looking
through the menu
"spare ribs, small $10,
stir-fried kailan, small, $8,
hotplate tofu, small, $9,
I said to fatumnette ..... the meat would be better value ...
since a bundle of kailan cost less than $2 at the supermarket, a
tube of tofu less than a dollar, but the meat would cost at least
$5 ....
