It's a cream though they hv a gel for you to apply.......
And you don't even need to eat pills for it to subside
actually, mine's internal ......just lots of fresh blood that
squirts and drips out but nothing on the outside .....
is this for external use only ? .... I don't want to shove a
tube up there ... >.<
