bumper scratched . repaint

Hi folks,

Need your advice le.
Can I just repaint part of the bumper and not the entire piece ?

I have some scratches on the rear bumper but its only the lowest part which are not easily visible. Can I just have this part 'cemented' and repainted for less than $90 ?

how about repaint of door only.. i have scratchs done on the door when ppl slamming their door on to mine.... Crying or Very sad

How serious are your scratches? Is it minor or major? I presume in your case, shld be minor scratches which normal grooming (polishing) can remove it away...if its a dent, $10 per dent only.

technically, how can the minor scratches be removed by polishing? pls can you advise?
