I only learnt today that for YOG, no new sporting facilities
should be created other than the villiage. What we saw as locals
doesn't need to be restated, but I guess we did alright from the
athletes' and foreign officials' POV (save for the basketball
tentage).
actually most of e locations are existing ones de. maybe some
upgrade tat's all.
But yeah some like equestrain was quite conincidental, new horse
riding centre coincide w/ YOG.
Basketball tat one was... it's not a proper basketball court...
makeshift de, probably cos of *SCAPE's youth factor -
