it's really tough to have work life balance in Singapore.
A friend of mine who had just given birth told me her maternity
leave is only 2 months because she is worried if she take longer
than that, she will have no job left anymore!.. The management was
very unhappy when she got pregnant and expects her to use the
remaining 2 months as half days or what...
the best joke i've heard so far about work life balance: work is
your life, the rest is up to you to balance
anyway...what's your friend's leave like now? 1/2 pay? i doubt
her firm can do that to her
