actually if RWS wants to offer free shuttle services I
don't see the problem. gamblers will go there regardless of whether
there is free shuttle or not. its a good service to provide.
but all these cost, lesser tax to collect ma.
I'm forseeing e domino effect. The hardest hit are e private bus
operator and China bus manufacturer.
