Can a Motorola StarTAC still be used today? 
If u do modification on the Tx/Rx, maybe u might be able to...
Afterall, if I nv remember wrongly, they arent running on GSM
bands back then... Not tat I can remember wat band are they running
on... Though u might need to change the antenna as the freq range
would be different...
I still have a StarTAC in one of my "Time Capsule" which I
kept... There's also like letters, books, stuff that I keep so tat
I can go thru them again 30 years later
