Been many years last went up to Genting Highlands.
1) Food expensive now. 1 Breakfast set cost RM11.30 (+10% Sv, 5%
GST & fyi M'sia do have 5% GST imposed on restaurants). No
wonder seeing M'sian ah pek or kids just settle w/ keropok or curry
puff.
2) Went to Genting Theme Park. Was quite lucky, full of mist
(until can't see hotel bldg itself).
3) Expensive M&M chocolate: RM21 for 1 400g/ 500g pack @
M&M shop. Tourist from China still find it cheap.
4) @ First World Bus Terminal, 1 plate of Fried Kway Teow
cost RM8.
5) There's non smoking area Casino designated now. But
being Malaysia, 'dilarang merokok' signboard no one
cares. Mata also dun catch

chewing gum
RM1.8o per 5 sticks
cheapest food i foind was some crap food court RM9 nia..
Theme Park wise.. some rides I took when I was in kindergarten,
they are still there today (the train and antique car). shows how
little has changed.. but RM38 nia... cannot expect much.. but the
flying trapeze thing need to pay extra RM12..
the interior, nothing much changed in the last 5 years, probably
only the Starworld is new..? even the arcade machines look so
outdated
