i no like wasabi.
i read somewhere tt the wasabi we have here in most "japanese
restorans" are not the real wasabi
but whether real or substituted, i still no like wasabi
Because the real wasabi plant is hard and expensive to
cultivate, the wasabi we are accustomed to are actually imitation,
a mixture of western horseradish, mustard, and green coloring.
Genuine wasabi usually comes fresh, from the root, and loses its
flavour fast when exposed to the air.
