I can still remember when I got back my pink IC.
My ORD was on 30th June. My birthday is on 25th June.
Since the first IPPT window opens only on your first birthday
after your ORD, I didn't have to do IPPT for almost one
year. 
I really pity those people whose birthdays fell on the day after
their ORD.
