Okay..... I'm gonna go berserk.....
My handlers at the ministry made me sign up for a convention.
They said they would reimburse me once I mailed them the
receipt. So I printed out the receipt, mailed it to them, and
got an email confirmation saying that they safely received my
receipt and would handle my claim.
Then two months passed, and they now suddenly emailed me, saying
that they don't have a receipt from me. 
Grrrrr......... I feel like giving them a tight
psychological slap.
I think I'm gonna forward that confirmation email to them and
say 'Hey, I sent you my receipt, and you confirmed receiving
it. So what's the beef? But never mind, here's the receipt
again.'
