still alive. ask her to go out more and get some exercise, don't want. ask her to eat more, don't want. ask her not to avoid meat and eggs because she is seriously deficient in her protein intake, don't want. I have more muscle in my arms than she has in her legs. she's only going to slowly get worse. damn frustrating. CB.

she thinks meat and eggs are bad for you. while she eats tiny amounts of biscuits, bread, and rice with vegetables. and oatmeal. knn.

here's the thing. bone and muscle loss are the most obvious effects on aging and yet people actually want to reduce their protein intake as they gey older. what kind of KNN reasoning is that.

but at least mom is listening... dad? he'll happily eat lard but things like veggies and meat.. hard to get him to eat more than minimal amounts...
