think it is..
Come on..... you don't want to read in the news about some punk
kid who got tossed outta the auditorium during the Q&A, no?
But yeah..... the UN's main problem is really in itself.... it's
plagued by things like an overbloated bureaucracy, corruption,
nepotism, you name it.....
And some of their peacekeeping missions have done a great deal
of harm.... for example, the number of prostitutes in Phnom Penh
tripled during the UN mission there precisely because of the
horniness of the peacekeepers....
