i just wish the weather in Singapore could be cooler. i really really miss walking down random streets for hours back 'home'...

maybe it's cos of the olympics. but i've been missing (my other) 'home' a lot lately.....[and going back isnt an option.]

the bloody catfish has a mouth big enough to swallow anything about half its size!

they have been said to be about 350lbs!

he caught one which was over 6 feet and 140lb!

yeah but the kinda rod/reel that can withstand that weight!

we'd be unable to shut him up if he did

you should watch this series.. last week, there was a bloody hugeass catfish in the Kali river in India

never knew stingray spits water ....

never like catching stingrays ......... my latest obsession is barracudas ....

pinky, you have a saltwater tank ? I've been catching lots of juvenile barracudas about 9 or 10 inches long, they are pickhandle cudas and look nice in a tank ...

Anyway my tank is 100% freshwater though ppl tend to think it's saltwater

Good thing it rained yesterday....as if the freaking bush-fire caused by the idiots a week ago in front of my house was not enough, yesterday another bunch of idiots tried to burn down the field again!

I find time passes a lot faster in temperate countries ... before you know it, another season's gone ..... and in the blink of an eye, the year's gone ....

over there time feels so ..... ephemeral ...

I felt the most alive in the summer .......

when it's still bright and sunny outside at 9pm ..... and the golden sunsets that lasts forever ..... the 4am sun rises that prolongs each day ...... and the warmth that pervades the earth ......

and summer = start of fishing season ....
