Anyway didn't I hear wrongly tat MIW saying now 5m ppl is way
too much, we need to improve more on productivity.
In a sense is correct, but it's like macham u - turn on
popluation policy.
"Cheaper, Better, Faster."
Do the MIW abide by this mantra too?
