1) MRT expansion is useless as we can't wait for 8 - 10 yrs
for e MRT lines to be up and ready, only buses can fill up e gaps
and get ppl to take public tpt
2) need to polish up e taxi services, as it can eventually get
ppl away from driving (taxis are fixed on e roads, but cars can be
reduced)
3) COE quota must go down, population is growing but land area
is not. it's crazy
