don't worry too much about losing weight so long as you feel healthy. btw, my weight loss is probably more dramatic than yours.

got ah tiong asking around abt those UHT milk. Asking around which brand one is better.. But thing is, most brands UHT milk is from NZ or Australia for Magnolia, Farmhouse, Pauls.. how much better can it go?

my BIL's family consumes a lot (and i mean a lot!) of milk and bread. for e.g. he takes a carton/the usual size on the shelves meant for 1 family for one meal as does his bros
