honestly I find myself lucky cos I end up being able to foresee
and pre-empt things or visualise e implications of those replies
from govt agencies. Else I wun be able to get to them easier
either. One mistake they've is they draw lines very clearly on
wat's public wat's private on grey areas and dun see tat problems
is going to start haunting us in no time.
