that commuters are flocking to the trains and buses, or driving
themselves?

partly times are bad now, another issue is the cab fare strucuture,
so yeah many switched to buses, MRT or cars
SJE is a privately run company, but it's considered a public bus
(SH reg plate). The bus depot is along Sin Ming Rd
