I think it's over margin issue.

piangz... it's like those older SBS buses, faulty fuel guage.. but for e buses it's ok, they refuel diesel every night

I'm not too worried about the malfunctioning fuel gauge issue, as I normally zero the trip odometer whenever I gas up the vehicle, and know how many miles I can go on a full tank of gas. My car has a 13.2 gal. fuel tank and averages about 28 mpg, so I could theoretically go about 370 miles on a full tank.

But a functioning fuel gauge is actually a legal requirement for driving on the roads here, so I'll eventually get it fixed.

LOTUSfairy SG

seems tat Orchard Central is going to open in 2 - 3 weeks time

Ion likely to be in Q3

erh..make no diff to me.. i aint shopping auntie leh.. hahaha..

Sweat, sweat, sweat! At least you can lose weight without effort.

Gedanken SG

And when's that supposed to happen?

Oooohh... congrats, dude! I know that feeling of finally being able to stop paying rent and start building equity. I stayed in a rented apartment for the first five years here, before buying my house in '95.

Are you going to install a gun safe in the new house?

these parcels were tendered out during e recent property peak

Thanks, MG! I never got round to getting my gun licence because my local club shut down before I could do my 5 qualifying shoots, and it all dropped out of sight. I'll be installing a safe in any case for the watches and camera gear, and it should have some space for a pistol.

Anyway, here's some shots of the new digs:

That's a nice house you got there!

Thanks! Counting down till we move in!

A house most S'poreans would be drooling after.

Gedanken SG

The one out-of-place thing on the house is the lighting - it's all just ordinary tungsten bulbs. The first thing I'm doing is ripping all the lights out and switching to halogen.
