I overheated on my 24 click....came down with a 40 degree fever immediately after that.

I don't even know why the heck I was trying so hard....I was relying completely on willpower to finish it.

Now I think back, that was a damn dangerous thing to do.

40 degrees? That was definitely heat exhaustion bordering on heat stroke. You could have literally been killed without immediate medical intervention.

I knew something was damn wrong when I was sweating like mad....but I just kept going on and on.

Ah well, that was the closest I've ever got to getting heat stroke.

Radish is .. Bai Lo Po (as opposed to Hong Lo Po which is Carrot)

Turnip is.. err.. err.. I only know in Hokkien - Mang Kwang...~

Certainly not sweating until I go light-headed....

And yeah....when I stopped at last at 11pm....I stopped sweating.

Felt totally wasted....the feeling was indescribable.

I drink all 3 litres from my hydration pack for 10km hikes
