actually, it's damned simple..
MAKE the people who run bus and train companies take the
transport.. they are NOT allowed to use cars to go to work
and the MUST work normal hours... and take the public transport
WITH the people during peak hours...
I've been thinking abt tis all along
not just abt public tpt... it's e whole country.
talking abt it, I recently heard e gahmen these days would try
to do things to impress those scholar potential A level students.
Like giving them display of say our Home Team... my goodness
