Actually, what's the thrill in watching predators hunt, torture
and then eat up their prey alive? 
Pinky, your aquarium is like a bloodbath, torture chamber ala
"Saw", the series of gory, bloody horror movies with senseless
violence and buckets of blood and human parts strewn all
over!
My aquarium, by comparison, is like a sanctuary. I only
select peace-loving, non-aggressive residents, with the gobies
being the only grouchy ones.
And oh... I discovered that they aren't responsible for eating
the shrimps cause I saw a dead one recently, body intact, entangled
amongst the weeds. It had moulted cause there was a complete
discarded shell right beside it, but I guess it somehow didn't
survive the process. 
I guess that was how my first shrimp died
too...
