Methinks, before I die, I'd love to go work in the US, even as a
travelling nurse. 
First stop, NYC!!! 2nd stop, Washington, D.C.!!!
The current acute shortage of nurses in this country would
probably work to your advantage in terms of salary, should you
decide to make good on that intention.
Something else I just found out too: there's an almost equally
serious shortage of dermatologists here. Tried getting my HMO to
make an appointment for me to see one, and the next available
opening they had was--get this--six months out!
