uhh.. puts things into perspective.. he's a guy who rides really hard.. so hard he wrecked a bike frame once... and when he was in uni, he ripped a set of cogs to shreds when riding..

Your roommate sounds like my friend – cycles 50-100km every Sunday, time and work permitting. All done in 1/2 day – back by lunch. And he looks forward to it every week.

yeah.. he does that.. about 100km occasionally...

he was telling us he wrecked the frame at 49.5km and had to call his friend and neighbour to come pick him and the fractured frame back

Reminds me of the guy in my gym – huge lump and I gathered from one of trainers there that he goes in twice a day.

Anyway, have this hankering for a dessert.
