this isn't nasal spray.. it's nasal passage irrigation...
basically it cleans out your nasal passages and maybe even sinus
cavities with warm saline...
if you have a nasal infection, the saline will clean out the
yuckky stuff and also the salt will disinfect the place by killing
the bacteria there...
