prime location, minus off S$50k for employing pple to help you. You

Multiply that by 12, and you get S$960k annually.
Pay tax, say around 20% of overall. You still have S$768k.
Donate S$268k to charity. You will get your S$500k annually.
How long will it take to be an expert? How long will it take to
