But i suspect that your claims should be against the company
that hires the attendant rather than the company owning or taking
care of the car park.
i.e. you're sueing for the damage caused by the company's
employee to your property. not due to you parking at their
location.
your input is still very much useful to me, base on individual
view.
At least as Judge view might be diff from us.
I agreed with your view that the damage is cause by the employee.
