I was reading the latest issue of Discovery mag and was
pleasantly surprised to see a mention of our very own Old Changi
Hospital in a sub-feature!
Here's what was written :
"Not far from the original and infamous Changi Prison sits the
Old Changi Hospital. Modelled on typical colonial British
lines, it was originally built in the 1930's as a military command
centre. When Japanese forces occupied Singapore in 1942
during WWII, they used the building as a military hospital.
It remained as a hospital until 1997, when it was finally
abandoned. As far back as the 1940's, rumours have circulated
of strange occurences and noises in the compound... ghosts of POW's
that died during torture are said to inhabit the corridors.
Chilly feelings in the now empty rooms persist."
Hmm... who has had encounters there before?
