the head as is or chopped/mashed up? if it's the latter, not much
scare factor? then again, the shark head is probably like any other
fish head curry dish that's around?
it's a whole skate head.. they just slice it up a bit to make
cooking easier..
sharks and rays are slightly different from the other fish
as they don't have bones...
