they never even put any date that i was overpaid.
i can't even refer to what they overpaid me for.
the mail was sent to me on 21st november
i left in september!
i just checked my bank, they didn't put any money in recently

Then in that case, reply to them and ask them exactly what the
overpayment was for.
They are legally obliged to furnish proof of overpayment. You
can take it up with MOM if they refuse - though I'm not sure if
they're willing to take on the SAF.
