The couple is incredibly dumb....and selfish.
What civic-mind? Sheesh
3 points and a $120 fine is way, way too light for the driver
who parked behind the police car.
I would recommend suspending his licence until he retakes and
passes Basic Theory again.... after all, he has proven himself to
be too dumb to read a road sign.
Even in the absence of the sign, then at least grant the police
a little latitude since they're trying to respond to an emergency
call.... sheesh.....
