Ya Grid is healing assist addon

It tells you who is within healing range and you don't need to pull out the health bars

It also tells you if someone is healing the target and how much incoming heals

Okay here's the equation.

Referrer and referree relationship.

Every two levels the referree gets, they can grant one level to the referrer's toon. Accumulative.

So if referree gets to 60. She/he can grant 30 levels to referrers toon.

And if me and Jo get two toons to 60. She will have 60 levels stored, so I can create a third toon to get to 60.

Also, I have two toons at 60, which means I also have 60 levels stored, which I can grant to one of your noob toons El.

That is, if I've read the FAQ right.
