fudgester SG *me mysteriously appears in a puff of smoke*Just got back from jogging.I tried doing fartlek (Swedish for 'speed play') just now. Jog for two lamp posts, sprint for three lamp posts. Did that for 4km.Wah.... it's a lot more tiring than I thought.....
