Just finished din. I think the bland diet is actually agreeing with me. I feel lighter and less bloated.how do u plan to put on weight?take more carbs?

My allergic rhinitis flared up and bugged me the whole day as well.... Zyrtec didn't really help.

No jogging tonight as a result.

Oh well.... at least I can rest for the night, sleep early and wake up late tomorrow.

2 problems... share price now it's only US$6+ from US$140+... somemore it's revenue collected from Macau and LA is falling due to e recession and it's not going to improve in e near future either

Well, Lehman looked sound, but it did go kaput.....

AIG nearly followed suit as well.....

It can go either way. Either we see more and more desperate people trying their luck to recoup their lost fortune with blackjacks, or we'll see people less willing to (literally) gamble their money away...
